2.4 bottom pulley

Can anyone suggest where I could obtain a crankshaft pulley for a 1990 2.4 TD. Milners have them for about a hundred quid which is not too bad but are there any breakers that are worth a try?

If you require the whole Harmonic Ballancer then the Toyota 3L - 2.8 litre are the same.A new one is recommended rather than second hand.
