Will a 2.8 engine fit into a 2.4 shell??????

Externally a 3L (2.8) engine is the same as a 2L so it will fit, you can also fit the Turbo ancilliaries from a 2LT engine onto the 3L engine. Only problems maybe the loom and some of the pipework because the 3L engine is non turbocharged and does not have an ECU (so as long as you are fitting to a non EFI car then the problems should be eased).
