Just had chat with a guy with what I thought was my Surf, N reg 3rd gen blue & silver even the last 3 letters on the number plate are the same.
What are the chances of that.

Ah, pretty high to be honest, because they are imports they are allocated regs from a set range, a lot that were imported in the same year have very similar reg's. There's at least three round here that are only a few numbers different from mine.
