Saw a nice lift surf with safari snorkel on the North Circular Road this lunch time, and another surf following 2 cars behind....

I was up in tallaght on the Belagrd road on Thursday for work. Coming at 11:45 and leaving at 14:00.

Is that anywhere near the north circular road?....not very familiar with Dublin.
