Edgware High St

I was driving through Edgware high St yesterday, Wednesday and saw a Monster Surf, I have 6" lift and thought mine was high, This thing was stoooopid. Blue, Decals on the door said CBS?? I think it was, Looked about 10"" + lift, sick wheels and tyres and four chrome spots on top. A young lady was driving it!! Anyone know who owns it?
