New user paid for premium membership but somethings not quite right.

Hi everyone, including admins.

I paid for premium membership using paypal, but this forum doesnt recognise it when i log in. I also have never received confirmation of the upgrade, even though the money has been paid to:

ph9 Limited on paypal.

I have sent the a message to a moderator using the contact us section of the membership area but have never received a reply.

Does anyone know if this is still an option to upgrade before i request a refund through paypal?

Same here it's been nearly a month since I paid, sent few messages and no answer. I think I need to cancel this ;/

This has been a problem for quite a while now. I have not been able to contact Admin either. Probably a good idea to try and contact someone here -
