2nd Gen Toyota Surf pipes not connected

Hi there

New surf owner here and complete novice. I’ve got two pipes coming out of the bulkhead that aren’t connected to anything. My best guess is the heater matrix has been disconnected as I don’t get any heat at all!
Any info would be great!

Those fittings are for the Air Con.
