temp issues

Hello everyone, I have a 92 surf, I recently did the water pump on it and it was fine, but on a trip to Rhode Island island I noticed the temp gauge was saying that it was running hot but would only get like that in traffic but once it started moving it would go back to the middle, I was thinking it’s the fan clutch. I was wondering if possible to use a fan clutch off a 92 4runner? Thank you guys in advance

I was able to find one, but for some reason the problem still exist, i replaces the water pump, fan clutch and the coolant temp switch today , I don’t think it’s the thermostat but it’s very frustrating.
