2005 2.7 petrol surf VIN TRN215

Hello,I've just bought a 2005 2.7 petrol surf with a 2TR-FE V V T I engine. I can't seem to find out for certain if I can use E10 petrol. I also want to put a tow hitch on it . I've tried Rough trax,& several tow bar specialists without any success.Does anyone have any info that would help please?
