Keen eye needed

Can anyone help me with the size of wheels and tyres in this photo??
I'm wanting to emulate the look of this surf and with some help from you guys it will save me searching.
what would you call these wheels and looking at how they sit in the arches what size do you guess??

I reckon they are 15". I was looking at that style for my 3rd gen but I don't think they'll fit over the massive discs and calipers on it! Might be ok on a 2nd gen though.
