New to Stirling area

I have been working on a third gem for two years now. With two Machanics rebuilding the engine to doing nothing and charging a bit load of cash I have still not driven my surf. With so many things to learn I’ve turned here for help. I’m hoping there’s a few people in my area with knowledge of surfs. Seems every machanic I turn to say they’ve never worked on this engine.
