A man walks into a doctoers office in some discomfort.
He asks to see the doctor and is told to sit down to wait, he declines stating he would prefer to stand.
When he gets to see the doctor he explaines his discomfort and the doctors asks him to drop his trousers & pants
On examining the patient, he sees a lettace leaf sticking out of the mans bum.
He plucks it out and shows it to the patient who asks "if that's what was causing the problem why do I still feel a large amount of discomfort?"
The doctor replies "well sir, that's just the tip of the iceberg"
