Is there a lot of it on the roads there? Certainly plenty on the roads here... -
Their driving is err, interesting!! They stick to the speed limits, but pull out when they get to junctions, not when there's a gap, and every one just accepts that's the way it is!!!
Zero road rage, even with pulling out in front of people!!

we have family in Malta so thus spend alot of time poping over.
The Maltese do not have MOT's like us. The first time we fly over my uncle picked us up from the airport. He works for a mini bus co. and so we thought we would ride in style. WE DID - MALTESE SYTLE!
His mini bus was a H reg ford LWB transit with the usual sliding side door. When it opened we found their were old seats from out of the back of s$$$$ cars lined up all the way through the back.
My mum got in the front and decided to move her seat forward. That was when we first discovered that the seats wern't bolted down.
Now being a little cautious we frankly s**ted our selves when we got onto a twin track road with a bus and a uclid (Megga huge quarry dump truck) decided to have an overtaking moment.
breathing out deeply in shock whilst watching this we nearly inverted as my unc decided to overtake the pair of them on the mud bank/verge.
Up we went at 50% slope on the back in a normal transit, seats shooting everywhere and all of us holding out for dear life.
Neadlessto say - I now hire a car for myself when I go over!!
Come to think of it, maybe that's what got me interested in the surf..................My first real off road experiance. HAHAHAHAH

I was over their last summer, the amound of hilux doulble cabs were more than I could count upto. - What I like about Malta is their is such a diverse amount of cars........................ pristine 1960 stuff right upto todays modern junk.........
OH, another funny memory is all the mark 2 fiesta and escorts are all de- badged and have been sign written with Fiesta or Escort right up one side....................
UK boy racers still have a way to go yet!!
