              Catapults?

When's the last time anybody saw a home made catapult? It seemed to be part of me as a kid.
Now there's and interesting 'toy' for the do-gooders to get their heads around!

what I can't figure out is if all the oldies like myself enjoyed life so much in the free and easy days why are we, as grown ups, now making all these rules and regulations. lets face it- it aint the young kids of today who are implementing all this 'no one must be accountable' for their own kids behaviour' S**ite

Fireball XL5, Twizzle, Pogles Wood, Ready Steady Go, The Monkees, How.

Home made sledges. Home made trollies with pram wheels. Bikes made out of bits and pieces from the dump. Finding unexploded ammunition from the old army range. Old mopeds turned into trackers. Home made bows and arrows.

It's a wonder we survived but we learnt so much.
                              It's only a hobby!
