Hi, I'm like a pig in swill! I've just sold my 2.4lt Surf and have found an 3rd gen, green manual. It already has multi CD and wood trim (SSR-G I think it is). I have looked for ages and this one fits all my criteria - can't believe how lucky I am. There's a few things to do to it like a towbar, paint the wheel arches and bumper green etc so I'll get it in a few weeks. Can't wait!

try towequipe for a towbar,
i got mine including 4 bike carrier for £148 and it,s a chunky bit of kit, good fitting instuctions, and well made.

yea complete with single electrics, can,t remember the website but just found a phone no. for malmos engineering, who i think, make them :0121 520 1773

alternatively try a web search for tow equipe ltd, i think they are based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

Superb company - got my WITTER off them for my 1992 2.4 delivered including everything for £135. Called me to let me know whats going on. Highly recommended along with another 4000 odd people from eBay. You cab buy online/eBay/phone i think.

I ordered a towbar from the states. it is one of the 2" square receiver type. I ordered it for a 97 4Runner. Should be the same one. I didn't want a ball sticking out behind the truck all the time. Will let you know how it fits when I get it...
