After a couple of weeks of pulling my hair out i finally sorted it it first srated when i dumped the wated out and put anti freze in a week later the heater matrix was snafued then a week after while i was waiting it over heated dumping all the coolant out the expansion tank so i rplaced the thermostat and the rad cap but it kept dumig water but not overheating on the temp gauge i finally thought it was sorted then it did it again and that was after a recore on the radiator os i thought stuff it got a 2 part holts rad flush did the bussines but left it a bit longer than it said too flushed it thougly with the hosepipe even stuffing it in the engine and fired it up with the hosepipe stuck where the bottom hose goes on just for a minute or 2 with the heater set to hot then i reconected the bottom hose filled the system and left the hose running in to it whilst it was running reved it up a bit still with the hose stuffed in the top where the presure cap goes on then shut it down and left the hose running for about 15 mins afterwards 2 weeks later and a thousand miles and everything seems to be cured he says with everthing crossed. well there aint a lot more that i can do is there? by the way i also presure checked it twice and did a chemical block test all of which came back ok.
