  • Rear ladders

I've recently seen a Surf with a rear ladder in chrome (I think) going from the rear step to the roof. Anyone know who makes them so I can get one?

    Thanks.
Everything's easy, when you know how!

Surely this would only work on a 3rd Gen with the lift up boot? How would you lower the tailgate on a 2nd gen with a ladder in the way?

            Hmm, well IMHO that's ugly.

Also, must have some seriously strong mounts inside the roof so as not to bend/break anything.

            [edit]
Just looked at the one on ebay, it bolts onto the swinging spare carrier. So that solves two questions.

            Still ugly though.

                  Rear ladder

Hi i think that i saw somewhere that they fit to the rear tyre mount so that to lower the tailgate the tyre and ladder swing away as normal.
