    Hi warduke.

    I ordered a kit yesterday.
having ordered many thing online i used their online order form.
I was concerned though that it wasn't secure but having read that many people have used them I thought I would try it.
No confirmation from them that the received my order though! I will have to ring them and see whats going on.
Has anyone else used their online order form? What are your experiences?

They are very helpful and very knowledgeable there as I think most if not all others on here would agree.

I ordered my filter kit from them online with no problems. realised about 10 minutes later that there was something else I needed and called them up. They were very helpful and added the other item to my order with no fuss unlike some other places online.

      Top marks for them!

Anyone know if you can buy a performance air filter to replace the huge coffee can jobbie?

I ordered the filters and stuff for my baby's service yesterday at 4pm - they arrived 8am this morning - again they were really helpful and knew (more than me) what I needed!

Just had an e-mail from them saying order has been dispatched.
Ordered 11am ish yesterday but no delivery yet.
And their online ordering is 128bit SSL secure. (dunno why there is no padlock icon?)

Wayhay! Parcel just arrived 12.20 pm.

              Bit of online ordering advise

there is no padlock shown as Internet Explorer gets confused as the ordering page is in a frame. , the frame is secure , the page that IE is looking at is not.

128Bit SSL is fine though, but with any online ordering ,always keep an eye on your Statements at the end of each month. ( or weekly if you can view them online ) . And if at all possible , use a seperate card for ordering online , then its so easy to track any unauthorised transactions.

A mate of mine actually reports his lost or stolen once every 6 months , so he gets a new card with different numbers on it. A little extreeme I think , but better safe than sorry.

If a site asks for extra secirty info , like a password or just some random info, try to make it different from anything else ( DO NOT USE Mothers maiden name ) This is a standard security question , think how many places have this info. and what could be comprimised if anyone knew it.

Thats the end of todays lesson , all other lessons will be charged at 9.99 , please send me your creditcard details !!!!
