A-bar sticker !!!!

Morning !!!! On my surf front a-bar !! i think thats what it is called ,it has a plastic wrap around on it and the sticker on the top of it has worn away so it looks quite crap to be honest the silver has worn off.Is there away to replace the sticker at all or does anyone no where to get one made !!!!! Picture inclosed !!!.
