Addzest

Hi all, have recently purchased a Surf which has a nice ADDZEST (Jap Clarion) stereo/fm/cd 6 disc jobbie. Now I know the FM frequencies are different but I was wondering if the ADDZEST range have like for like Clarion versions released in english. In which case I would be able to order an english version of the manual. (Not sure of model number till tonight when at home.)
