  • Help.... What Is It..??

    hey guys,
not meant to be a silly question, but.......
while messing around with some floor mat templates i noticed a little light thing, down in the passenger side foot well. it's located near the bottom right hand side of the glovebox..... it didn't work (as a curtesy light or on sidelights), so took the cover off and the bulb out.......

should it come on when the doors are open........ or is it the fabbled 'cloaking device'......????
as i said not meant to be a silly question, i just don't like things that don't work, no matter what they are...!!!

    see ya'll

No........that's the audible warning transducer for the flux capacitor malfunction alarm. Try using the search facility!

Serious suggestion (I know they are few and far between on this forum). The only other light in the truck that is coloured green is on a timer and is the one that lights up the ignition keyhole. Could this be wired to that? Could be a navigation light, for the passenger to get in, while the driver is still fumbling with the keys!!
