    what make / model of spotlights have you all got.

    Looking for some 6 inch round jobs to go on my A bar. Popped into a few car shops and all they have are these tiny , poxy, fit to a citroen saxo, crap.

    Where do I get the real deal? Have looked at Roughtrax - but not sure I want chrome / blue lenses?

    Any ideas peeps????

    hey paul, have a look at www.powerfuluk.com some of us have brought lights from them. the lights are cheap and to be honest so is the quality of the chrome, but as they say, you pays yer money etc......

    also, there's www.explorerprocomp.co.uk more expensive, but hey.....

      oh and i nearly forgot, if you've got a blue surf, it's compulsory to have blue lights.......
      but, if that's your grey surf with the roughtrax bar i keep seeing in poole, then the choice is yours......

        i,ve got them yellow standard crap jobbies on mine....
        PLANTY,what ones did u get ? did they change night into day ??
        how much, etc.....

          Check the wattage of the bulbs in the standard ones, they often come with 35 watt bulbs, uprating them to 55watt will make a hell of a difference.

          I've got a pair of smallish rectangular Ring dricing lights. They are pretty amazing considering that they are not that big.

                i have just spent this evening fitting a pair of these hella rally 3000 and they more than do the job I put 55w bulbs in but you can fit up to 100w

                  yeah that's them........cheers marky. both running 55 watts, so there bright but not really 'night into day'. i also have some of those little ring 'cuiser' lights fitted in the grill down by the number plate, 55's again but when they're all on they do the job for me.........
