Yes thanks, thats one of the lesser pains, the wrist is cramping my typing! got told off by the old girls at work for not looking after my self, apparently I'll regret it when I'm older!

I told them I'd rather play now cos they are old and still falling apart! got a slap round the back of the head for that! LOL.

I usually get told off for coming in and showing them the astroturf burns form footy, not having clean hands and cutting them all the time on bits of machinery.

Bless them.

Anyway, don't wanna deflect attention from Colin, hes got the real injuries!
