Hi Guys just checking in not been on in a while.
Anyways ive just been Diagnosed with Ms which is a bugga,
Besides that im doing ok

Sorry to hear that Mark, I take it it's early stages?, I don't know much about MS but if it owt like Parkinsons which my wife has there are stages and several types, luckily (if that's the right word) she has the least aggressive type, the kinder variant they say, much slower than the more aggressive ones, medication and treatment is improving all the time so I hope you get the best care, keep your chin (and pecker) up mate
