they seem to look ok and no movement in them.
was wondering if the shocks are worn out
and what replacements would anyone recommend

    pressure are 32psi
i am not planning to raise the vehicle

An old 3rd Gen can be a bouncy ride, get new shocks and 20%+ springs (standard length) all around and it'll be much better.

      Cheers

have ordered new shocks and 20% springs all round
will be going for 4 wheel alignment after fitting springs shocks
at the moment the tracking is 6deg toe out
i believe it should be about 1 deg toe in
