When I start my truck up I have vibration running through the cab, it stops when I give it a few revs?? I cannot find anything loose or missing or vibrating in the engine bay?? Any help appreciated

Possibly a knackered or blocked injector, have someone start it while you stand looking at it with the bonnet open, if the engine is trying to jump out of the car, that's what it is
Could also be a worn out glow plug
