if you really want to check your surfs handling, find a tesco supermarket car park after it has rained and preferably when it is empty and let rip , it is suprisingly good fun and extremely chidish

do it in the dry by holding the brakes sligghtly so the back wheels spin and the front wheels don't move... then release the brakes slightly to get moving.... lots o smoke!

used to have a landy lightweight that insisted on doing donuts in 2wd whe the slightest bit of the white stuff was on the ground - that was with 'deestone extra tractions' fitted - look like a tractor tyre and they shake ya bones over 50mph (not that u go that fast that often in a 30 year old landy!!!) - they were excellent on the tops though and great in snow with 4wd on!
