and wonder if that any of you V8 guys used this, or you are thinking to do it, this would be helpful, would you use cast aluminium? or what type of material?
    just curious.

Because we are a smaller operation we dont usually use cad files, unless of course someone gets them done for us, but we tend to be more build as you go prototype in cardboard first. We are currently pro charging a 1uzfe at the moment. Everything is being fabricated in stainless steel.

I would use stainless steel as well Mark as the cardboard goes a bit soft after a while.

Was the question not asking about the cad file for the manifold???( because thats where the link takes you). and what were other people using /doing????
I simply replied to say we tend to use a cardboard template and fab out of stainless steel.

that would be a handy bit of kit. i think of at least 2 local companies who could do that, with a minimum set up fee and material cost.

it looks a bit misleading to me the drawing,
it looks ok the side to the engine, but the side of the supercharger it looks like its being made to fit the smaller brother, eaton 90, the eaton 112 its different opening, bigger.
                      what you think?
                      im wrong?

The m90 is a lot smaller, but the mp90 is virtually the same size as the m112.The mp90 and the m112 share the same stud pcd width wise.
