I need a new battery retaining clamp for my third gen surf. Does anyone know if the clamp from a second gen would fit? There seems to be loads of 2nd gen clamps on eBay but no 3rd gen ones. It's for the battery on the driver's side.

As Woodworm suggested I took a punt on a 2nd gen clamp off eBay. Not an exact fit but with some persuasion from a lump hammer it's holding the driver's side battery in place and will look a lot better at MOT time than the lash up I've using for the last few years.Comment
