tailgate solid

my tailgate is set solid it will not open the left hand side is stuck fast
i could do with one of you lot pionting me in the right direction
i am better off getting the parts needed before opening it
so any chance that one of you lot would know what bits are needed
on a 2nd gen tail gate thats stuck solid its rusted shut
on the left hand side of the tailgate
the window works ok its the release catchs that are rusty badly rusty

I had my 1st gen stick. It was stuck to the seal, not the catches. Had to give a Vagrant boot to help it open.

i did give it a few kicks not hard tho
i have broke one of the cables trying to open it
and the back window wont go up now

got the window up it needs lots of tlc

i have now fixed this i'll put pics on and a little write up
it may save others time and money its easy when you know what bit to make move
