  • High speed driveing

Relieved to find hard/soft suspension fully operational.

Sticks to motorway like a go kart at high speed,on hard setting.

This was on a private road then yes?

        or is that KM?

Always nice to know your ancient japanese archeotech still works as it should. I love the way they build vehicles. Exept Mesobitchys maybe. There is some french blood in there somewhere.

I dont have this option in mine. Does it firm up the shocks or the spring rate or what? Is it hydraulic? I did hope for it when I went to look at mine but it wasn't there. Not enough not to buy but a shame none the less..

            Hi,
the button acts on the shocks themselves, by somehow stiffening them ( I am sure the tech explanation is in the forum somewhere).
It actually makes a noticeable difference in ride.
I lost this function when I replaced my rear shocks with aftermarket ones, it only works with the original set up.
I have never seen a surf without the soft/hard button tho'...what model do you have?

            Cheers

It turns a compression damper adjuster in the top of the shock...

I've had mine off the clock and still pulling, on a private track.
