to say that jay is pleased with the truck, would be a gross understatement,
              chuffed to bits.

never revved over 3 and a half since he's had it!
the drive back was good fun,by all accounts, left his missus behind!
he's looking into changing the ''ball joints spacers'' he made up,since stringer pointed out how badly set up they are,and the bolts holding them in are from he's boy's bed!!
at least he will get to the meeting next weekend, thats the main point.
but that offside front caliper needs looking into, asap.

Yep noticed there was something amiss when you had to brake hard during the drag race. When I was messing with the fueling I looked down at the wheels. You could clearly see there was too much camber on the n/s f wheel. You will most probably find that one of the pistons in the caliper has seized its a common problem.

yep, he said that one of the pistons had seized in.think he's looking at a replacement.there is going to be a lot of auto jumble ,next weekend,up at the sibbertoft meeting.maybe he can get one there.
was quite taken with his exhaust, though. i have a stainless steel mid and rear section, wondering about removing the rear box and going straight through.

Those ball joint spacers are a work of art ....... they fitted well after a little mod to the wishbone
