Little black knob ??

No not being racist or questioning anyones tools !!

Below the ignition barrel in my surf (95 ssrx ltd td 3.0auto) i have a little black pull switch, it appears factory fitted. I have pulled it, pushed it sworn at it etc but to no avail. Anyone know what it is ?? PLEASE!!!!!!!

A pic might help.
Try following the wires to see where they go. Probably a switch for fog/spot lights that may have been fitted at some point.

i think its an idle control but it does nothin for me at all, and youve pushed and pulled it but you havent twisted it which is how you use it but like i said mines useless

Yep idle knob, turn it clockwise to fasten the idle and anti to lessen it
