Renforcing plates

Hi,
Thank you for receiving me and my old mate, since 10 years ago now, a 4runner !
This is what I'm trying to find for my old friend (1994): two reinforcing plates with weldnuts which fits in the right rearpillar for a rear mounted tyre carrier from a Hilux Surf !...
I live in SO France and it's impossible to find these parts, the hilux surf is very rare !
Could you help me to find these two retainers !!!

Think reinforcing plate is part of the 1/4 panel, major surgery to fit to your truck.

I was just digesting the rugby match of yesterday ! It was a good fight with a lot of tries and the best wan, you have got a really good team !....

The tyre carrier is on the car without the plates since about one thousand KM ant there is no prob for the moment. I'm waiting for the plates ordered in jap4x4part.
