Hi Everyone,
New to the forum. Just picked up my first Surf - 1993 (Gen 2) SSR-X in burgandy.
It has a big scab of lacquer peel / paint damage on the bonnet. I was hoping I might be able to pick up a second hand bonnet in the same colour to avoid the cost of a respray.
Anyone have one? I dont mind if the paint is dull, as the whole truck is dull and will be getting a detailing to make it shiny again. Doesn't need to be perfect but paint needs to be intact with no lacquer damage, no scratches or dents etc.
Ideally in the south east so I can collect.
I know that this is a big ask..... but thought it is worth a try before heading to the bodyshop. I have contacted a couple of guys breaking Surfs on eBay but they don't have any at the moment.
