Actually it's a pi$$ take of the NHS but the storylines are $hit, the camera work is irritating and the actors are wooden so, yes, it;s based around an American style TV theme

Last weeks was better , I was laughing so much I started to cry . Clarkson is so much better when he is allowed to be his full self and swear and stuff .
He did a search on the internet for a Raleigh Chopper bike for his daughter , quess what results he got ? His daughter was standing behind him and SAW the result, it was not a bicycle !! Hence his moan .
