Hilux Advert Refund... Help?

Hello,

I sent a payment to Nigel on 24th Jan to place an advert in the 'for sale' section but the advert for my surf never appeared. Subsequently, my Surf has sold today and I would like to know what I can do to obtain a refund? I have contacted the email address that I sent the payment to on two separate occasions but there has been absolutely no response.

Can anyone help?

Your add is in the for sales section, with currently 146 views on it was made live two days after your payment was received.

Unfortunately I have not read my emails for a about three days as I have just not had the time lately.
