help please

hi, i recently picked up my first hilux surf 2.4, in a metalic blue with silver, its amazing, best car ive ever driven!!!! im just wondering how to get the original radio unit out? as i would like to put a cd player in.... any advice would be awesome!!!! also do you guys set up any meets for hilux surfs? im in farnborough hampshire.. thanks
