all done,mark.
tested against the ball joint Barry gave me,its all good.
im not ideally set up for this kind of thing,could do with more appropriate tooling,
like a much longer 3 flute,rapid spiral end mill,but i made do with what i had.
took ages,really boring! not my best work,but im happy enough with it,just knowing that its right,now.
will drop them off tomorrow.

i've probably done more work for stringer this week than i have for work!
got a couple of days off to work on my truck,but will drop off the bits for stringer this week end.
should keep him out of mischief for a while.
