inner tube

I've got a slice in the tread of one of my tyres and was wondering if there was any where I could get an inner tube to fix it...

The size of the tyre is 35 x 14.5 x 15 and I've tried a couple tractor places, but no joy

Has anyone got any places I can try that might help?

Thank you for those, I tried them but no joy... altho I've learnt a few more things about tractor tyres that might help me so researching that a bit more at the mo
