Marking the prop

I have a quick question. I'm taking the rear prop off Nina's truck tomorrow to replace the UJs, and I have it in my mind that I need to mark it relative to where it bolts back on, to ensure it's aligned properly. Is it just the back or do I need to mark both ends?
