            Lol! Going back to the tw@ts comments about the surf being too big - this issue really riles me, the only dimension they're significantly bigger in is height, and where's the problem with that! oo, they take up more airspace?

            I ended up in an arguement about it at work the other week, and the guy I was argueing with just would not accept that if he walked out to the carpark he'd actually see that the Audi (saloon, not even an estate) parked next to me was longer! So, he goes on the internet to get the "facts"!

            <cuts long story short>

            Turns out that a Landcruiser (in his words "ridiculously big") is about 10cm longer (oh, wow, how significant) than his (yawn) Mondeo and... wait for it, the bit I really loved.... 3cm narrower!

            Makes me smile everytime I walk past him now, as I get to ask if that FAT car of his is still taking up valuable road space....

              By the sound of him 10cm may indeed be a significant measurment.

                That p---k Ken Livingston started all this off, perhaps we ought to turn his front garden into a off road site one Sunday afternoon.??????????????

                  I think if someone could just do the research and publish a list of various vehicle dimensions it would have more impact - I've always liked that subtle approach, let them rant on and on and then go "oh, by the way, have you seen this?"

                    next time he comes in for a cut, drape the apron (or whatever you call it) around him, tie up tight at the back, spin the chair upside down, and produce the cut throat razor and ask him which side he would like he's parting

                    think you'll find, he'd instantly like ya truck

                      the only people who seem to have a clue about 4x4's, speed cameras and the like who get interviewed are the AA. always reasonable unlike Ken!!! I live in London and he is an utter plank.
