If a 3.0 2nd gen finished like this, trayback, full cage, 33" tyres, body and suspension lift. Probably doors still on and removable rear arch flares to keep legal. Although the doors could be made as windowless low half doors, came up for sale would anyone on here buy it and at what price?

Slightly to far past "practical" to sneak it past the misses but if I were looking for a competition ready truck it would fit the bill!!
I'm planning an SAS after 2 diffs have failed :/

You could try funding it through a private raffle?
I just fancy the idea of building a trayback but I don't really need one so would probably sell it on. Just trying to see if there is a market for such an extreme Surf.Brian

To get the best out the Surf IFS and make it an affordable toy I suppose cutting the wings up and running 33" with only a body lift. This would keep the torsion bars nice and flexible to run +2" dampers. If a decent cheap 2nd gen appears around here I might build something like that once the pick up is painted.
Then sell it to a mud addictBrian
