    Hi Loo,

I am new on here too, and after not having any replies to my first post, I thought I would save you the same dissapointment. I have no experience with the veg oil, but I think your best bet would be to search on the forum as there is loads of info about it on here. I know a few people who mix veg 50 - 50 with desiel in VW vans and have not had any bother!

Hello Lucy & welcome to the elite 2.4 club

Use new veg oil & keep a new fuel filter & removal tools in truck.

Be prepared to renew fuel filter frequently
All 2.4 slow on hills. Try the search at top of page for info.

        Robert

Heat the veg to lower the viscosity .

Get a suspension and body lift first!

It it doesn't like hills now, it'll absolutely refuse them with 33"s!

Fit an intercooler for more torque. (oomph)

Welcome on board by the way.
