    Hello,

I just thought I'd introduce myself having been hovering around the forum for quite some time. I have finally registered and I hope to contribute wherever possible!

Anyway, I decided to get shut of my Defender 110 after 7 years of Land Rover ownership (three in total) and I am now the owner of a 1995 kzn130 with 145,000 miles on the clock and I'm loving it! I have owned the Surf for just over a month and it's been used for a house move, a camping trip from Leeds to Guernsey and everything in between. It's had one or two little niggles like the radiator cap and the boost sensor pipe popping off but other than that, everything seems great.

Off to do some reading up now anyway!

    All the best,

    -Tom

Hello and welcome, glad you have left the dark side (Landy's)

Rad cap popped, if it's an aftermarket rad then the cap may not be aligned like the standard OEM rads, I had to cut one of the grip lugs off of mine as it was striking the bonnet, look for a telltale scuffing mark on underside of bonnet.
