    So picture the scene......................

7pm sitting down to eat my tea, Gammon steak as it happens! The phone goes....

"Rob I'm stuck, can you please come and help me"

As it was a Defender I popped my tea in the oven, wrote down his directions, called a couple of mates up for mick taking and we set off!

And then to prove a point I decided to show him what a proper off-roader can accomplish! I perhaps said this slightly high on testosterone after saving him and it was closer than I'd have liked to getting stuck, but she blitzed it!!!

            Was a good evening!!

Genius...one great deed followed up by driving off a (assumed) legal track and over a recently drilled and seeded field. Local landowners must love you.
Too old to care, young enough to remember

                Nice one,

Freshly laid fields are ripe for doughnutting.

Sent from the iPad you "lost"

Rob, you are lucky, in this country you would get killed for that.
                  Literally.

Gents yes the track is legal, it's one of the hundreds around Norfolk. As I'm feeling the need to prove myself here's the location (Green Line)

As for the field all the seeding/ ploughing was to the left of the tree, where the proper ploughing was, I was to the right. That bit was just a muddy mess. As you can see in the first and 5th picture.

No fields/ crops/ farming was harmed in the making of this video I assure you.

Seems like a competent recovery process, well done.

We'll just gloss over the last video eh?

He was trying to avoid getting his Defender dirty as there was a muddle patch on the track, and a bush he wanted to avoid.

                          He clearly failed!!!
