Alternator bracket.

As my truck will no longer require the compressor for the air con, and in an effort to tidy the engine bay up a bit, how much of the alternator bracket can I chop off?
Obviously the two bottom bolt holes have to stay and some meat left around the adjusting arm, but do I really need all four bolt holes ?

I think I'm going to take the hacksaw blade to it, after having a five minute ponder.
If it all goes horribly wrong though......
