I know it's a long shot, but a friend has had some issues with his 3.0 and has now been told that along with over pressurizing the rad on his very recently repaired engine he not only needs a new new head but apparently a new oil pump and some rings and pistols......

I think at the moment he is having "discussions" with his present garage.

Not decided yet for definite.

That, in my opinion, is a steal.
I am back on the same site again tomorrow so will let him know.

It's a shame that it's such a pita to swap out the 2.4 to a 3.0 as I would be interested.....
