i brought my second surf because i regretted selling the first one and have been looking at this forum for a while gathering info so i thougt i should sign up

thanks, so far the whole egr system and throttle butterfly somehow fell off one Friday night so I solved the problem by making some backing plates for the manifolds and a 600mm x 300mm front mount intercooler got put in place of the air con radiator, a boost controller and a 3 inch exhaust, the joys of DIY mods and beers .

It's amazing how the EGR system does just fall off and need replacing with blanking plates, lol
