  • Dash Removal

As today seemed like a good day to tackle fitting the inclinometer I received from Mick ( MWS ) are there any other tasks I should be considering before bolting it all back together?

I was expecting there to be some blanking holes in the dash that I could just pop out, but I guess the dash receives a further stage at OEM to fit the factory inclinometer.

    Any help or suggestions?
    Thanks

The unit just sits on top of the dash secure with a couple of self tappers and a small hole drilled to poke the wires through as far I as know, no need to remove the dash.
You could drop the glovebox section to make it easier to retreive/connect the wires.

I don't know if there are different units, but this one had M6 studs welded to the housing.
I have had to remove the dash as the air distribution channels are all in the way.
I have bolted in place with some penny washers and nylocks.
